Best S24 Ultra case for the wireless charging pad?

I've read most people are having issues with the wireless charging pad, but I think it may be my case. I have a Torras magsafe case for my phone. Most of the time it doesn't charge or it will start then stop. When I remove my case, I have zero problems, so that tells me the case is causing issues. What is the best case for the wireless car charger to work perfectly. I don't mind an alternative like "wrapping" the phone instead of a case wither. Any suggestions?

I don't use the wireless charger cause my Samsung Ultra gets too hot with the case as well. Not sure if you looking for another option, but I went with the ProClips holder and just run a USB cable from the USB port into the phone. It also comes in handy when running the highway radar app for my detector so I can see the map overlay.

My iPhone also gets hot using the pad. I also purchased a ProClip mount and used the wireless charger they had on the site. Way better in my opinion for my use.

I kind of don't want to add anything extra and would like to use the wireless pad, but thank you both for the ProClip suggestion.

I use the Samsung S view case on my S23... charges fine.

I don't use a case on my iPhone. The charger seems to do more heating than charging. My guess is that's why Ford dropped it of 2025.

Do you have a photo of your setup in your car? I've looked at their website & I can't figure out what I would need. I want to be able to charge wirelessly without having to use the useless, overheating charger installed in the car already.

Here is what it looks like. Even though it goes on the vent air flow seems fine to me on the passenger side.

I have the Otterbox defender series pro. Mine really comes down to how hot it is outside. When it's under 80 degrees generally have zero problem with it charging and not overheating. If it's 85 degrees +, that's when it seems to disengage because the phone gets too hot. The case doesn't sit in directly on the pad, it sits at an angle because of it's size, but it still charges.

I get it. If the pad and info system worked like it should I wouldn’t have bought it. Between taking the case off (never tested) and having to plug the USB cable in randomly for audio issues, this works better for me.

Didn’t know they dropped it for 2025. As a 2024 owner that is a good thing. The aftermarket will pounce a little harder and faster on the opportunity. Maybe they will also sell a retro fit kit for the poor performing existing setup.

On the OP post, , try it without a case for a day or so. I realized, it was not my case, just the OEM setup. (iPhone here)

Is that a Scoche wireless charger or Proclip? Those are 2 separate pieces, correct?

Yes 2 different parts. The proclip mount and then the wireless charger itself.
