That’s not ideal. My two week mark is coming up I have to see if mine goes into low power modeTended doesn’t prevent sleep. Seems two weeks is approximately the duration.
Well my car officially went into power saving mode even with the tender on and solid green. Guess it’s unavoidable even with everything working right. That’s not ideal. My two week mark is coming up I have to see if mine goes into low power mode
Today - I hooked up my battery tender.Sorry for beating a dead horseI've read many posts on tenders for winter storage with many options. This is my first Mustang GT I bought in August and I will be putting it in storage for the winter. Which would be the better option: 2amp, 4amp, 5amp tender? Also, for easy access, would it be wise to use a battery tender Ring Terminal Harness with a plug (when not in use)? I believe the harness has its own fuse. I'm leaning to purchase a 2amp 12v NOCO GENIUS 2D, it's an ON BOARD DIRECT MOUNT. All your input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!!
If you're not driving it for a while just unhook the battery from the car but leave it on the maintainer
If the car is not driven for what I think is 14 days it will go into a deep sleep mode whether a battery maintainer is used.
Yes that is why one should use one.Yes, but it still keeps the battery charged.
