I searched quite a bit both in here and online and haven't found anything. When I ordered my Raptor, I was able to find a complete list of both MSRP and dealer cost for the truck and every option. Does anyone have access to this for the DH? It sure does make it easier to work on a deal. Thank you, in advance.

Only as an example I don't have the sticker in front of me, but we have a 24 dark horse at my dealership with a 70,500 sticker and when I inquired about it I was told there's no d plan pricing on special vehicles like a dark horse or a raptor but that could have it for invoice which was $67,100

KBB says the invoice on a 2025 non-premium Dark Horse with an MSRP of $65,975 is $62,821. The MSRP doesn't quite line up with Ford's configurator though. You should be able to build one on their website using this link and it should give you MSRP, invoice, and their "fair" purchase price.

I just got invoice pricing on my '25 DH premium. It was about 18 days ago. It's Grabber Blue and 700A package. I'll have to get my paperwork out, but I was able to drive off the lot the same day while it only had 3 miles on the odometer. I'm not disappointed at all!

have no idea what the invoice on mine was, dont care, MSRP was $72,165, I got it for $66,125 OTD. to top it off, I got $100 less than what I paid for my 24 GT prem last December. End of year sales? Black Friday sales? Or, just get rid of the 25's to make room for the 26's?

That's my guess, they said they had a '26 coming in and wanted mine sold.

So you got $12k off MSRP? Little hard to believe...

aw, ya got me...I troll around just looking for things to lie about. um, $12k off MSRP? Have to agree with you there, that would be a little hard to believe. I got a good deal, not sure why anybody would lie about that, but I guess there all kinds out there. Oh! I did (not intentionally) lie about my trade though lol. I had the paperwork for that deal still in my glove box when I traded, just set it on my work bench and went through it sometime after I posted here, I actually came out ahead on my trade! Like $240ish? Pays to buy at certain times of the year. I bought my GT (trade in) on the last day of 2024 bought my Dark Horse just before thanksgiving 2025. 2 perfect times to buy.

So zero verification… cool

I just did a national search and the best deal in the country is 4k off MSRP roughly

When you say OTD that includes tax, license registration and other fees that will add up to $6k easy plus another $6k on top of the MSRP that is around $12K.

LOL, look at the poster's location, he's in SC. The sales tax there on cars is capped at $500. And perhaps the dealer also didn't hose him on fees and other nonsense?

Every state, every dealer and every deal is different. If you reallly want a great deal, see what Granger has in stock.

I can't speak to invoice, but in my area, all '25 DHs are being advertised at a 10% discount. About $7K off sticker. And that's the starting offer. '26 DHs are listed at sticker.
