Is this the same Gray as Fighter Jet Gray and Cactus Gray? Never was a fan of those...
This is an excellent question since the shades are actually quite similar, but I know that is definitely not the case as I've been a Ford fan since I was a kid in the 1980's.

Avalanche Grey is very likely not the exact same shade as either of those two possibilities since Ford has a long history of using the same colors across different model lines.

Examples:
  • Velocity Blue: Quite possibly my favorite color of all time from Ford. This one is shared across performance coupes and trucks alike, including the Mustang, F-150 Raptor, Ranger, and Bronco. It's still available on the Maverick today.
  • Grabber Blue: This beauty is a classic. First debuting on the 1969 Shelby Mustang and 1970 Boss 302, Ford also rolled out this high-impact color to the Falcon, Pinto, and Torino. (I've heard it was available on trucks too at some point.) In modern years, Ford revived Grabber Blue across the Mustang, Mustang Mach-E, F-150 Lightning, and Maverick.
  • Cyber Orange Metallic: At different times, Ford has offered offered this bold choice on the electric Mustang Mach-E, Bronco, Bronco Sport, and Ranger.
  • Eruption Green Metallic: launched on the Bronco before spreading to the Mustang, F-150, and Super Duty.
  • Ruby Red Metallic: optional early in the S650 run and now it's available on the Bronco today.
  • Avalanche Grey: optional on the Mustang now, and is also available on the F-150 today.
Ford has a long history of keeping consistency with colors and sharing them across model lines. The company is not known to use the exact same color with different names, and so we can safely assume Avalanche Grey is indeed different than Fighter Jet Gray and Cactus Gray.

On that, I recall Fighter Jet Grey on the S550 Mach1 and thought it looked supremely hot with the orange accents. I was very tempted to put down cash and take one home -- especially since Silver colors are my default and this was quite close -- but I'm just not a fan of flat colors no matter how good they look at first.

EDIT - Fun Fact: I did some Googling to check myself and it seems every rule has an exception, and in this case, it's Grabber Blue. While the color formulas are identical under the paint code, Ford actually has marketed the exact same paint under different names in the past. For instance, in the 1970s, "Grabber Blue" was also sold as "Competition Blue" on Mercury models and "Pinto Blue" on economy cars! Though not on Ford models, and so strictly speaking, "Ford" (as a rule) has not used different names for the same color.

However, this is a technicality. As a manufacturer, Ford Motor Company has indeed sold the same color for under different names for different marques. As of yet, I haven't found examples other than Grabber Blue, but I wouldn't be surprised if some of our resident sleuths here happened to know other instances where this kind of "color rebadging" has occurred at Ford. :)

Looks great. Put 1" spacers on the wheels... Lots of pics here with the same car, same wheels, w/1" spacers.

I think Jeep is painting Wranglers in that Olive Drab green already.

As far as the color, not a fan of the "concrete" or "primer" grey trend that's happened the last few years. Depending on the shade, it may look decent on some vehicles, but overall, it doesn't really due much for me.
Speaking of olive drab green, Ford now offers MY26.5 Ranger and Everest Platinum trim levels in Acacia Green here down under.

The Everest Tremor I want comes in white, black, and three greys.

The Command Grey is the best of the bunch in person, but talk about bland and boring colour palettes.

I digress. :lipssealed:
