2025 Mustang gt premium HVAC AC not working remote start

Hello, everyone.

I have a 2025 Mustang gt premium convertible and having an AC issue.

Only hot air comes out even though I change to lowest temperature setting.

When I remote start with key or use ford pass app remote setting, cold air comes out well without problem. However when I press the start button in car, cold air doesn't come out and only warm/hot (depends on temperature ) comes out. I truly believe having a HVAC problem or app signal problem.

I dropped my car on ford service center and just got a call that car doesn't have any ac problem and was working well for 5minutes and pass all the test.

Amy feedbacks or opinion would be great!

Start the car without using the remote start.....Let it sit and idle with the A/C on full blast for about 5 minutes.

If still no cold air, take it back to dealer and ask exactly what tests they did....

What are your remote start settings? Do you have any saved settings yourre leaving on?
