Where is this 150 to 300 jump at 3,000rpm you're speaking of?
It's only adding about 50ft-lb at 3k
takes it from 305 to 350-ish

Basically the same as S550 numbers as you would expect. Not quite as big of a gain because the factory 93 tunes were a little hotter but about the same end result

Again, drive on both and you can easily tell asphalt is worse. And nobody is talking about wet traction here.

Dover is one of the only concrete tracks. They wear tires out faster. They take rubber (from the cars going around the track) differently than asphalt. The cars are set up for asphalt. Goodyear actually just came out...
Centrifugals build boost with RPM. They make almost none at lower RPMs. TVS/Roots/Twinscrew will make almost max boost at any RPM.
5k and up you're fine but you will feel the difference down low.
