    I mean, that's how a Whipple/Roush work as well. Bypass valve lets the boost out during normal driving so it's not going to make power until you step on it. The only real difference is you can step on it at any RPM.

    They can certainly quit making the Mustang and still do NASCAR. I wouldn't be surprised if NASCAR switched to SUV/CUV's Chevrolet still runs the Camaro every Sunday plus they can just stick some other name on the car. They used to run a Taurus.... And other races....Ford SuperVan anyone?
