I don't like K&N, even though I used to be able to buy them at cost. I've seen too many tests where they flow minimally more air and filter a lot less than stock. And, people tend to overoil them.

Hitting the bump stops shows how well suspension works. How these boi racers tolerate riding on the stops all the time beats me. No brain, no pain I guess.

Bump stops are there for just that occurrence. It must have been a hell of a bump. If there's no sign of scraping, and the shocks aren't leaking, I wouldn't worry too much.

The price paid isn't a running cost, it's the depreciation on that price that counts. We're in different countries, the Mustang is an absolute performance bargain here. Hopefully too, depreciation won't be an issue, because I have no intention of selling mine.
