How often do they turn that fuel over? Price is not important if it's sitting in the ground in leaky tanks for weeks and weeks. I would avoid fueling up at a station you don't know fuel turnover at.
Always use a good torque wrench when installing nuts and bolts. It's OK to use an impact if you know it's set to a lower torque amount than what the final number is, then finish by hand.
