I believe you disable that in AA (or CarPlay) itself. If I am logged OUT of the various apps (e.g., Spotify, Pandora), but did not disable anything in AA. However, music via AA won't start up. My DH always defaults to SiriusXM.

Your description is somewhat vague, but it will always revert to "Normal" mode. You can't set it to "Sport" or "Track" or "Custom" and have it always stay there between key cycles. Unless you're meaning something else. Oh, welcome to the forums. Better post some pics or you don't own an S650!

While there may very well be some, I'm not personally aware of a single mass-produced vehicle that comes from the factory with capacitive sensors in the steering wheel to detect if you are touching it or not.

For some reason, lots of people have no problem signing up and asking for help, but returning to the forums to provide an update on whether or not they fixed it - and what/how they did it - seems to be as difficult a task as finding a solution for world peace.
