Wrong. It's definitely legit test vehicle. It's what we call a "mule", mostly likely for the GTD. We see this kind of stuff all over the roads here in SE Michigan, especially around the Dearborn and downriver areas.
Nobody can "tune" these motors yet. Whipple has base tunes that your Mustang gets if you install their SC, but they aren't "tuning" your vehicle in the sense that companies custom tune the S550. At least not yet.
