Well, the vents are still real and functional. Probably more so than before with the dual intake design.
But if you prefer all the black trim to be body color, then do it. I personally think it looks great as is.
It's all good. You may get some varying answers on this. I was always tought to use the negative terminal on the battery. But technically you can ground to anything on the frame. Some cars even have a negative ground post attached to the frame. But I'm not aware of the S650 having that. I'd just...
How is "watch this video before before you replace your windshield" not trying to educate people??? 🤷‍♂️
And now you're doubling down by posting complete nonsense about protective layers. I agree with @goodlettjr . Do some research on the subject, before you start getting upset with people.
Accoustic glass isn't a protective layer. And just like rain sensors, it comes on many makes and models including Honda and Toyota. If your windshield says "soundscreen" in the corner, it has acoustic glass. I think it comes on the 400 and 401 packages. It's also not new for the S650.
Look I'm...
Most cars have a factory tint patern on the upper windshield and around the mirror that you can only get with OEM glass. This is nothing new. BTW, the Mustang has had that logo since 2015.
What is this extra layer of protection are you referring too? 🤷‍♂️
People need to stop obsessing over these temps and second guessing Ford engineers. And they also need to stop conflating oil temp and cylinder head temp. The only reason why it's even a discussion is because we now have a guage I'm front of our face 24/7. Before the S650 came out, no one ever...
Is it possible the factory TPS syncs with the cars computer and adjust the speedo accordingly? I'm still trying to figure how and why my Speedo and GPS speed never changed when I swapped out my premium wheels and tires (255/40-19) with a set of take off PP wheels and tires (275/40-19 rear).
Oh I got you. The large stand alone screens are definitely a design fad in many cars right now. Its supposed to look clean and high tech. Some do it better than others, and it's not for everyone. I personally think the S550 interiors look very dated by comparison. I'm not sure how someone could...
Hard to see in your pictures, but I have an unpainted area between the windshield and A Pilar inside the crease on the drivers side. It's not noticeable unless you look for it. But it's just another example of the awesome paint application at the factory.
Agreed. I know the front end styling on the S650 is somewhat divisive. But I really like the grille the way it is. Its definitely an improvement over the standard S550 grille IMO.
We've seen painted nostrils on the California Special and FX packages.
I think even as an accent color, its a bit odd looking. I don't think body color would look good personally. I'd have to see it I guess.
Why are you not looking at Continental Extreem Sport Contact 2s? Those are directly comparable to the MPS4s.
The Sport Contact 7 are made for German cars.
