If you get the air design spoiler like Ryan has (and i have one also....)
.....there is no drilling, it's all tape and silicone. Sold direct from Ford.
Then get rear and side louvers and a black out panel...then maybe the Air Design front splitter. 😁
With the weather getting colder, remember to check your tire pressure often. For every 10˚ F drop in temps, the tire can lose 1 PSI of air.
I have 20" wheels and low profile tires, and with the rapid temp drops we had from 70's to 40's, I lost 3 full PSI in each tire just this morning.
So what happens when they come back and tell you they found corrosion on your BCM but can't source a replacement so they will just keep your car for 6 weeks because of NHTSA mandates?
Just a fun scenario I like to kick around.
I'm not playing their game. If my car saw rain, I'd have...
Brake pedal sounds like it needs a lube.
Brakes sound like they are binding. but if they are squeaking at a stop, either the pads or rotors are glazed or you just need new pads.
If you get your rotors cut that should stop the sound, unless it's the pads.
Steering wheel: try applying a leather...
I don't think you can stop the speed signs from being displayed, you can only tell your car whether or not to obey them.
I have speed rec. disabled and the signs still show up.
Seems some things were changed from option to standard, and some things completely deleted such as lighted door sills and even worse, universal garage opener.
All this digital shit, and they delete one of the most useful features?!? In 2026? 😳
If it was me, I would make one more attempt to contact Steeda CS, show them the pics and get a refund at the least on those clamps. Disputing a CC purchase with the CC is the last option. Because you usually need to show proof that you tried to resolve the issue with the seller.
One last...
FWIW, venting on a message board does accomplish a lot often. Steeda regularly checks in here and already responded to this thread. Though their concern about customer satisfaction was pretty weak. They should have offered a refund on the upgraded clamps at the very least.
Also I do see this...
I can understand you are frustrated...but don't let the experience sour you on the car as a whole........It sucks you have those issues, but there is no mass produced car that I know of that makes every single car perfectly. Shit happens on the assembly line and we roll the dice when we get our...
Pretty much that ^^^^^
it won't lock into neutral but nudges into it enough to trigger the neutral gear. Like it kind of sticks halfway into neutral if I'm not careful. And I'm not pushing it hard either.
Hopefully you are letting Ford know you are getting a new Mustang. That should grease the wheels.
But you should get every penny you spent back. I'm sure at the least Ford is not happy with the dealership.
Good luck!
try it yourselves...push from manual into drive while driving and see if it doesn't dip into the neutral slot slightly.
if not, oh well, I guess my car is special.
It was jarring the first time it did it...caught me off guard. I didn't think it could slip past drive and back into neutral, even though it didn't lock into the neutral slot...it still did it.
I wasn't pushing up hard, it stopped at drive, but it hit the edge of neutral enough to shift into it. Like there is some slop in the indentation.
I don't know what else to tell you....
1) correct
2) also correct, but if you push the shifter forward enough from manual back into drive, it can go partway into the neutral slot...enough to send the trans into neutral. And no, I didn't have the lever pressed in.
Don't tell me my car is the only one that can do that?!? 😳
