You don't understand. The 06 GT was a live axle for starters.
The sub box was about 30-40 lbs. It was a double sub box, BTW. Much more than a "couple of kg". The Shaker 1000 system was no joke.

I beleive these numbers are for a battery at rest.
Start with locking your car and don't touch it for 8 hours. Supposedly that resets the battery management system.
If it still shows 12v after being on the tender, it's on it's way out I think.
I get it....you're not going to get much recourse from a one man shop. Either he is ignorant or just some passive/aggressive shit going on. You really have to go out of your way to screw up an interior that bad.

Man...that sucks. if you went to an independent shop maybe you are SOL, but if the guy has a boss or it's a larger shop, you should have been able to get some compensation for the damage.

Sometimes CS is scripted and sometimes it completely depends on who responds/picks up the phone, and what mood they are in that day.

I get the frustration. But.....My only thought is if you contacted Steeda CS first you could have gotten a true sense of what their level of response is. Maybe they would have refunded your $65 and responded the way you wanted.
