I finally tested the top speed of my car a couple of times here in Germany.

It always stops at 249km/h

In mph it is 156mph

I wonder if you NA tune the car with 93, you can also remove the limiter or set the limiter a bit higher since many smaller engine cars here in Germany go faster than this.

Yes, a tune can up the limiter.

Than I think I'm definayely going to tune it. But need more info about how they can raise the limiter and how high is the safe side.

Set it for the tire limit... Y rated tires 186mph

Thats way more than enough to brag about it. I don't even want to use that speed, but just to let people know it can do that speed.

But I also mean a safe speed for the engine not to blow up haha.


Now if I say it can do 249km/h, even VW Golf cara will laugh at it

tires are not the problem sadly the problem is the transmission if you have the 10 speed i think you do.

anything past 6 maybe 7th
is going to hurt it full throttle so really like 140mph/224kph is about the limit a 10 speed car can do with 3.55 without hurting the transmission

if you go to 7th you can go 175mph/280kph if you shift at 8000
alot of tuners do 8k shifts stock is around 7250ish DH does 7500

just use a good tuner like lund

Why is this an issue for the transmission? As noted above, the car is capable of 156mph before hitting the limiter.
