this is a photo of a base GT. Can you install the defector kit https://www.steeda.com/steeda-555-6003-s550-brake-deflector ? It seems that the arms already have the mounting points. Will that work without opening any air ducts? I expect some air will be caught and redirected towards the brakes?
Also what the thing right above the sway bar (it has 8 "ridges") ?

Hey I am currently in the middle of a build and I will pay for all of the installation and take videos/pictures if you provide the parts.

The only reason I did not offer to pay for the parts also is I think its going to cost me a pretty penny to have someone go in there and spend hours trying to see if it works.

This would be going onto a 2025 Base GT Mustang. So I will even pay for any additional work needed to get the parts to fit on a base model and document that also. Either way I will be making some brake ducts for this thing even if I have to have someone custom mold the parts.

We have not worked with anyone directly on this yet but im pretty sure there was another thread where someone had done it. If you would like to help us finalize the kit let us know.

Depending on how much it is after any discounts I may do it. The parts alone aren't too expensive but the shipping is awful, so I was planning to wait a little. Id be down to document it when I do it though.

I live on the other side of the country. Here, our dealers charge above MSRP for parts. Just because they can. Needless to say, I'll be adding Levittown to my preferred vendor list.
