Active exaust not working properly

I recently purchesed MBRP active exhaust for my DH and its been on for a bout a month, on my way home from work this morning before i get into my neighborhood i went to put it on silent and i got , This feature is not availabe currently message. When i checked it out today, when i first start up and i go to change the setting u can hear multiple aubible clicks and u can see the valve going from Fully open to 3/4 open multiple times and then just stops and you can select any modes. Its on the drive side that does this. Do i more than likely need to replace this actuator?

I'd start with disconnecting the battery for a bit and see if that resets things or check to see if MBRP has some sort of reset procedure for it.

Battery disconnect or double check the spring that engages the slot in the actuator…

checked the sping it is fine , reset the codes with forscan, ill try to disconnect

Start with the battery disconnection for a few minutes and if that don’t work. I would put it into engineering mode (ET) that’s what helped fix my issue with another brand I used.

Oh yummy. I have the same exhaust. I haven’t had problems although the “active” aspect of it is kind of nonsensical. I can’t tell really any material difference in sound with the exception of silent which is also not much different.
I get it however as the muffler set up is virtually nothing so it makes sense. I believe the quality of the system is very good.

im sorry you’re having an issue. That stuff is so frustrating to me.

My quiet mode is suprisingly quiet, All my cars have exhaust and my dogs know well before i get home. with quiet mode on this i can get into the driveway without them knowing
