OK, after emailing to WWW.OEMFORDPARTSDIRECT.com and FORD Racing I got no answers from neither of them. I did get info from another Ford dealer based on my VIN that the actual part number for my factory spoiler is PR3Z-6344210-DD and not -DC or -DE. However, there is no detailed parts list for that spoiler so there is no way to identify the rubber stops and because no ford dealer parts department has one of these spoiler in stock there is no way to check. So, I have given up on my search. Maybe in the future I can get one these from a junk yard or COPART near me.
This one is in NC.

Just checked my 2025 DH (non-HP) and no rubber stops or holes.

Thank you 'DARK SPRITE" now I know that my spoiler must have been a prototype or first engineering article to be verified by the customer? Maybe the part cost too much in 2024 so they removed it for 2025 model year?/ ;-) I keep wondering how many parts on my DH are invisible to the Ford parts department folks. Bottom line the car is still great with or without the rubber stops.
