New Goodyear tires!

The only tires goodyear makes that I would use are insanely expensive (top of the line high performance tires). No way would I buy anything they have for any of my vehicles.

My 25 GT 6 spd is my first V8 and first rwd car. These tires came on mine and so far have inspired confidence especially during winter driving. I've only had the car 3 weeks but it's already seen some shitty weather. I do drive cautious but have pushed her a few times and haven't felt like there isn't enough tire.

I ran these on my Fusion Sport. The Michelin PS4S tires were far superior in corners and on launches. It's a FWD Fusion (I had pretty much everything in the Steeda catalog on that car, including a 93 octane tune), lighter and about half a second quicker to 60 than the AWD, the Michelins hooked up very solidly. The F1's were good, but the Michelins were better.

I just switched from the pirellis that came with the car to pilot sport 5 michelin... the difference is insane, i was lucky they had buy 1 get one free cause they were 2024 tyres but good lord, the grip, the smoothness in the drive it put the pirellis to shame

4k i'm not a spirited driver, I just take the mustang for morning coffee/drive around the island then take it back

With due respect and not to impugn your use case whatsoever, how can you honestly assess how good, bad or average a tire performs with only 4k miles(? or km?) on the previous tires and with the admission that you're not a spirited driver?

It's commentary like this that could mislead other potential purchasers!

I felt the same when I switched. Don't forget PS5 rolling resistance is nearly down with eco tyres. A few bucks saved on gas, or drive faster for the same money.

I was doing the conversion km to m in my head, but was wrong it was 11km, so more like 6.5k miles with google conversion. It's only my experience that the difference in the ride is much more comfortable now on the michilens than they were onthe pirellis, it is less noisy and much smoother and when I accelerate it feels more reactive. I don't mean to mislead any one, just sharing that after 9 months of driving on the pirellis, found driving a much better experience on michelin.

I think Michelin have some witch doctors on the research team. It's the same with their bike tyres, great grip and long life, it ain't natural.
