Well, shine she may but run she must! 0.4 seconds 0-60 costs $ and I can't out shift the 10R80, so I have no problem with the paddle shifters and a faster car.

Whoopdido… there’s always something faster.
I was so happy to be back in a stick after 3 years with the 10-sp in my Mach 1.
Sorry but that trans blows for anything but flooring it: for spirited driving it was confused and jerky as could be even after multiple tunes

I'm in it for the quickness, and faster is faster. I want the fastest Mustang Dark Horse. If the stick were quicker, that's what I'd have gone with. The 10R80 is faster, drag or track, period. So yeah, the dual clutch 7 speed is no problem at all. You can row gears all you want and I'll stick with my tire chirping shifts.

I like having more HP less drivetrain loss to the wheels.
You just don’t have full control of the car with an auto.
Always felt like it drove me .
I’m sure the 7-speed dual clutch is pretty awesome for an automatic though. I’d love to try it

Hell No! The Tremec in the DH is the best manual I have ever driven by far, as Ghastly said, such a drivers car. Maybe one day a ESS Supercharger but it's really not needed as the Tune I have makes the car plenty fast and I have other hobbies to blow my money on.
Nice! What tune did you go with!!

recently bought a dark horse with handling package. Test drove both the stick and the Auto. The stick just felt so much slower so I went with the Auto.. Regardless, both great vehicles and to each their own.

I went with DRP Motorsports flex tune. He did some good stuff with the ethanol learning and he’s very easy to communicate with.
Huge difference plus I kept my Soler performance throttle controller which make a great combo with the tune. Car is such just perfect now imo, much better than stock

Probably because it wasn’t broken in. My car felt night and day different after 500 and 1000miles
But yeah, to each their own

Nice!! Would you recommend the tune even if tuned on 93-94 only? Can’t get e85 in Canada :(

I would recommend you trying the throttle controller first

Neither car was broken in, but my salesman, who I’ve bought many Mustangs from, let me go full board on it on the freeway. There was no comparison between the stick and the Auto.
