My seat fans are crazy loud. But I can’t hear them at all if the top is down. I only ever notice them when I have th exhaust in quiet mode. Really only noticeable when leaving for work before dawn. But I don’t need them then. Its a non issue.

People don't want to race me at stop lights or elsewhere.

You can see my car in the avatar. When I had a C5 Z06, everybody wanted to race me. It happened every single time I took it out. The Z06 looked "plainer" to me, but I'd rather not deal with idiots anyway. Not sure it wasn't as fast as my A10 because it only weighed 3100 pounds vs. 3850 pounds or so. It was a six speed that I hated. Who cares today?

Several years ago one early morning, an oncoming driver had high beams on. I flashed mine at the driver. It was a California Highway Patrol officer.

He spun around and LIT ME UP!! I did not get a ticket.. got an earful about how it’s illegal to ‘flash’ oncoming drivers..
What about failing to dip headlights....Officer?

People wanted to race me at least once or twice a week in my 2014 Mustang GT.

It has literally never happened once in my 24 Mustang GT. It is so nice to be able to enjoy my car without having to deal with damned fools trying to coax a race out of me.

Just to get my 2 cents in, my auto beams work flawlessly, I can’t hear my seat fans, my but gets cold. I love my DH Mustang. Makes me smile. When I’m driving it, nothing gets to me. I’m a happy man. Thanks Ford. 🤓

I'm with you 100%. I was just thinking that this car is therapeutic in a similar way that riding a bike is.
It's not as intensely focussed but it makes you feel good. It's like a automotive sauna of wellbeing.
Now that I've written that the bitch will breakdown🤞

They want you to burn rubber at your expense for their entertainment. The ones that want to race seem to be ricers or shit cans.

Yep. I experienced this for the first time about a month back. I just ignore the idiots as their attention span is only a few seconds in the first place.

Ford's auto high beams suck compared to Toyota auto high beams. That's quite noticeable.
On our 2020 F-150 Limited & our 2024 GT Mustang the automatic, bright, and dimmer works extremely fast.
i’ve never timed it for a two second delay, but I’m usually driving and really haven’t notice.

In what way?

My observation is that the Fords and Lincolns are the first to dim and last to activate. Are you saying that all the high beaming folks whose modern cars dim seconds later are Toyota drivers ;-)?
No. I said Ford auto-hi-beams suck compared to Toyota's. Meaning, since you asked, Ford's system acts like it's asleep and reacts slow both ways. Toyota's system is fast and works exactly where I would were their system not there. Just my experience. Not life or death though.

My hi-beams react pretty quick.

With respect to the headlights: I've never noticed any delay or failure when in the automatic mode. Seems to me it just works.

I do wonder if the (available) heat is as quick on a GT as it is the Eco-Boost? My first Mustang (1979 Turbo) was blowing hot air in less than 1/2 a mile. My 2024 Eco-Boost takes about 5 minutes, regardless of ambient. Thankfully, the steering wheel and seats work very quickly.
