I got the heartbeat yesterday for the first time in ages - coincided with a low fuel warning.

Usually never get it at all.

I just tested mine several times, and can confirm the heart beat sound comes on every time you push start button. It does not matter if the e-brake is on, or if I use remote start or not.

I do have to wonder if it's tied to the B&O sound system or its settings since I always get the B&O logo on my screen on start up. Can anyone confirm that non-B&O cars have the heart beat?
Yep, son's 2025 GT without B&O makes the sounds every start up.

Mine plays most of the time but any time I get in after using remote features like unlock or lock from the app it plays the original ford chime the next time I get in and tells me my battery voltage is low. Forgot to bring it up at my last trip to the dealer 😭

The chime indicates a low battery condition. The dealer replaced mine under warranty. Have it tested at the dealer and use a tender if you don't drive it much.

I think it’s crazy that mine is having this issue because I drive it daily. But I’ll definitely take it to the dealer, only reason I haven’t taken it with more urgency is because even if it dies I can still bump start it or jump it. I know it’s not the alternator because it charges when I drive. So not technically a big concern right now.

I daily mine too. Started having occasional issues in the fall, then got a low battery warning one day on the Ford app saying the battery was low and I might not be able to start the car with service recommend. I clicked on scheduled service and the mobile van came to my house the next day with a new battery and installed under warranty.

Bottom line is, I think these factory AGM batteries are junk. Either that or they sat on the lots too long without charging and were damaged.

Yeah I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s either of those things to be honest. I know mine was sitting in the lot for at least 3 months before I bought it, who knows how long it was actually sitting there and how often they started/charged it
