OK, I was washing my DH today and while drying the rear spoiler I noticed that I was missing two black rubber bumper-stops on driver side bottom wing part of the spoiler. I looked on the other side and those two were still there. Not sure if they were missing from factory or just fell off while driving. After detailed inspection I noticed that the drilled holes were not properly deburred and smooth with the metal surface. I also noticed that on the driver side when the trunk is closed that these rubber stops do not touch the body of the car. What is their used case? Next I started searching Ford factory part numbers for these and noticed that all the DH factory spoiler parts drawing did not show this rubber part. If anyone knows what the factory part number is for these parts please post them on this forum. Maybe my spoiler was a pre-production prototype or Ford workers at factory forgot to install them?

Well, I did stop at my local Ford dealer parts department. They looked at it and after online searches they said they will call the factory and get back to me. The joke is that this part is not indicated on any of the 6 or so rear spoilers parts listed under the base numbers drawings 44210B and 404A06.

So, I started searching online Ford parts catalog again and found that similar rubber bumper is in the side of the front glove box, but that bumper is little longer by about 2mm.

Next, I searched under "Rubber Bumpers" in the Ford catalog and got a hit on Ford W713055-S300, but it looks like that bumper is described to have multiple functionality for Door Shell, Lift-Gate or Hinge. This part has no data on overall size and the catalog photo attached make the part look larger compare to the spoiler bumper part. Now, I need to visit a dealer that has the W713055-S300 in stock so I can see the actual part size. Stay tuned...the search goes on!

My DH was also missing one or two of those. I just removed all of them.

My search continues. The feedback I get from Ford dealers is that the reason it has no ford part number is that it is part of the spoiler manufactured for Ford as OEM part and they do not have a parts list for that.

My DH spoiler that came with the car starts with Ford part number PR3Z-634421- EC or ABPTM but none of those spoilers show the bumper part. I did purchase the W713055-S300 part but that fits inside the glove box, but it is longer and can't be used on the spoiler.

I wish I had the engineering OEM parts list for the DH spoiler. If anyone knows what company makes the DH spoiler for Ford that would be helpful. I am attaching a sketch of the size on the spoiler rubber bumper for reference with hope that someone on this forum can help.

when was your car built? i've got the non hp spoiler, and remembered to look at this last time i wiped the car down. i didn't have any bumpers and if there were provisions to accept bumpers, it wasn't obvious. so i wonder if they use multiple sources or they are from different runs. mine was built early October 2024.

it looks like the actual spoiler is the same but maybe they realized the bumpers were not needed and/or changed vendor. I wonder if they went back to that on the newer ones or left the bumpers off

Hi Ewags81,
my DH is basic Premium model with no HP or any other options. Also there is nothing in the dealer PDI to that would state that these parts need to be removed and are used for vehicle shipping from factory only.

So, my guess is that there are several OEM spoiler manufacturers that Ford approved for these vehicles. I also wrote a note to Ford-racing if they could provide any info on this part. In addition the holes in the spoiler tend to be larger so these little bumpers pull out easily. If they are needed to be there I would recommend coating the hole with some rubber glue prior to inserting them back on the spoiler.

I purchased the non HP DH spoiler and they came with the rubber stops. Not all Dark Horses have them so not sure it’s required. I had read or heard somewhere that it’s so the spoiler doesn’t touch when you close the trunk but I removed mine because in the Texas sun it baked into the paint and I had someone buff it out. I checked to see if it touches at all and no issues, doesn’t come close to touching the paint, and it’s been a good year or so since I’ve had the spoiler installed and removed those rubber stops. I think even the HP spoiler you can buy from ford performance/racing doesn’t look like they have the rubber stops and their carbon fiber counterparts don’t have it either from the pictures available

Hi Edson8r,
can you please share the FORD part number of the spoiler you purchased and any parts list that came with it? I am still guessing on the DH spoiler factory part number if it is PR3Z-6344210-EC or some other number.
Thank you.

It never came with a parts number list. Just the spoiler and the rubber stops on it. But the part number for the spoiler is PR3Z-6344210-DC.
