Front-Top Grille Nostril Removal?

Does anyone know how to remove these “nostril” beams and if they can does it need to be professionally removed? I just don’t like the type look and would prefer just straight through lowkey

I don't think taking them out is really an option. There are tiny headlights tucked into those as well I belive.
EDIT: Haven't seen mine in a bit , I think those little lights are on the outer portion, so ignore that comment.

Anything is possible though if you want to try to fabricate your own.

Buy a grill online that has them open, like a DH style grill.

It's molded as one part with the rest of the grill. Will have to be cut out, then what's behind the "verticle" pieces? Have a feeling that won't look OEM good.

I'm with @bountifulgoose ---likely be easier and better looking to go AM; rather than cutting up your OEM. Good luck with whatever you do!

The clean straight across look is why I installed a Bullitt grille on my S550. Not sure what options there are for the S650.

I'm in the same boat. The nostrils don't look terrible, but I'm after something different. Came across this today, although it is an entire front bumper assembly. Not badly priced though.
