Buy a spray can from an automotive touch up company and spray it yourself? Touch Up Direct has factory color match and a kit is about $100

The rear on (EB only) can removed if you're careful, and repainted which I have done. The Front one is held on by four screws, so instead of messing with removing a million thingies, I carefully Dremel Tooled it off. The red replacement came from a vendor on eBay.

I did try to paint the front one in place, but gave up after the third try.
