Squeaking sound on my NEW mustang

Hi all,

I just got my new 2025 Mustang Dark Horse about a month ago. Currently, I can hear a big squeaking noise from the front wheels. I only drive a couple of days in my local area.

I also saw those red/orange things. Should I remove them?

if you are unable to feel free to bring it back to the dealer as its supposed to be part of the ppi
should be free

I would say take it back to the dealer bur it seems they don't even know how to do a PDI. If you can do it youself you would be better off. Also make sure you have the strakes installed. They should have come in the trunk. Dealers can be good but yours is questionable. If they missed all this stuff I would check everything myself on the PDI list. What BS.

......that is just utter incompetence. I would love to see the PDI checklist that all Ford dealers are required to complete. They once checked-off proper clutch travel on my checklist and it was an automatic.

You are not the first to have these left in.....mine got removed by PPF installer while up on the jacks.....have in the boot in case I need to transport car in future

Save them in case you have to flat bed it for some reason.
