You feel torque. And if they are getting 50lbs of it in the mid rpm’s you will feel that
I dont see a 50lb difference in that chart

I think with e85 you will feel it. Otherwise not so much.
More responsive on 93 tune, that’s about it.
It’s too early to put this premature tune in your car imo. Patience. Let impatient people show results on their own cars

I’d love to see any of these back tested against stock tune /E30 like a lot of people did, because that was worth like 3mph roughly 30HP on average.

I do agree trans tuning and throttle input will make the cars feel a lot better still

100hp!?

:cwl:

You gotta learn how to read a dyno graph

it is red lines vs blue lines, not torque vs hp

Lol, my Man swapped his Mustang GT for a Mustang Mach E GT :-)>

IMHO, not really. Going from my racing days you really would not notice until maybe 50hp.

Edit: I am sure you could "convince yourself" you feel it.
It’s like adding that can of octane booster that raised your octane in your gas tank from 91 to 91.5 octane and you feel it.

I still find it hilarious that when the S650 came out, they were dynoing 440hp stock and 'MADE SO MUCH MORE POWER THAN GEN3'

Now they are magically doing 400hp baselines...

Honestly 430-440 stock would sound about right for a dark horse , so 420-430 for the gt. 400 whp seems like a bit high thats 18% drive train loss, should be 12-15% loss

It would be interesting to know difference in manual and auto drivetrain hp loss .
I know manual is less loss, but how much?
Jon Lund mentioned it in his last FB post when testing new tunes

The Tunemaker is hard at work putting some impressive numbers down on the dyno at Red’s Performance Garage with some basic bolt on mods!
Baseline runs on this 24’ Mustang GT 10 Speed showed 400 WHP / 368.92 WTQ

With the addition of a JLT Cold Air Intake Kit & Stainless Works Long Tube Headers, still on the stock tune, the car saw 434 WHP / 380 WTQ.
Now, with the addition of a Shoemaker Custom 93 Octane tune, the car made even more with 458 WHP / 388 WTQ.

Finally, with a Shoemaker E85 Custom Tune, the car made an impressive 472 WHP / 405 WTQ.

Check out all of the custom tuning now available for S650 Mustang here:

72 whp increase is something that I might consider. How quiet is quiet mode (valves closed) with the long tube headers? (Starting the Mustang in the morning)
