Why does the drivers side front lower corner grill and front wheel well have ventilation but the passengers side doesn't? Thanks.

Because behind the closed grill is some fluid hidden. Hit it with a rock and you have a leak.

The oil cooler is located on the driver's side when the car has the Performance Package.
