Got 'em shook. Low-IQers shunning the opinions of non-owners that the first year of any new generation has issues.
No one is shook 🤦🏻‍♂️ Some of us are taking our s650s with the performance package and active exhaust for a nice Sunday drive while "high-IQ s550 owners" stay on the s650 forum and complain to their keyboards all day 😅

Nobody is shook by low-IQ trolls. We just point and laugh.

Number of recalls or total number of vehicles affected or recalls per vehicle sold?
Total number of recalls in 2023 and 2024 ...A award not to be proud of because it tarnishes the quality and reliability reputation of a brand ! Of course other stuff people are concerned about like the car wont start , screens that are laggy or buggy , squeaks and rattles , plastic parts that feel cheap or break , misaligned panels , hood that flutter at speed or dirty paint wont lead to a recall but dont speak for quality either which is not good for the future of the last front engined rwd car with a n/a V8 and manual...!

As for the forum itself or non-S650 owners being here I think it is a great and informative forum with way less numb-nuts fanboys than you find on Corvette,Camaro or Challenger forums...LOL I love all cars with V8 and manual preferably not matter if they are from the US,Germany,Italy or Japan but also Porsche 911 or the inline-6 beasts from BMW in form of M2/3/4 ! Its always good to test-drive a car to see if you like it but also to read what owners have to say before you buy it and unfortunately the S650 needs some TLC before its worth the money they are asking for it because a $55-75K car plus 10% tax & license is not a cheap car where you could say yes quality is not good but who cares for $18K the 5.0 Fox bodies where cheap and fun to drive because they were light , had manuals and felt TORQUEY todays Mustangs dont do anymore...Unfortunately !

The only way to resolve is to incentivize. Make it something like you get a recall you get an extended warranty. a recall for something other paperwork (an actual repair) and you get the 10 year no questions asked zero deductible waranty. You not only get the issue resolved but they are willing to make sure it stays fixed and for the hassle they gonna make sure there isn’t any additional hassle.

Does my infotainment screen glitch sometimes-absolutely! Does my hood flutter at high speeds-yep! Do I have a recall already-yep. Yet I’m already on my 2nd 2024 GT and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a 3rd. Does the car still put a smile on my face every time I start it-YEP!

I appreciate your honesty ! Since the Camaro & Challenger are dead I hope Ford gets the problems under control and one day a car worthy of the upgrade...Hint,hint more TORQUE and a better chassis...LOL Because I do LOVE Henry Ford for what he did , what he created and what he believed in...He even wrote a great book...LOL

I tell you what...I bought a lot of american cars through my life because I love the sound a Torque of a V8 especially paired to a manual...But I was honest enough that I only bought them for that reason because the quality compared to german or japanese cars sucked ! But now with prices where they are you cant say anymore yes the interior plastics suck , the paint does not look good or panel gaps are uneven or there are squeaks or rattles I can live with because I only paid 30 grand max...That ship has sailed while the quality still sucks unfortunately...But I have to say my new Challenger had no quality or reliability issues so far which has surprised me in a positive way...Not even squeaks or rattles except for one molding where the tab was broken and fixed by warranty ! But I am not too worried as I bought Stellantis 8 year/100K manufaturer bumper to bumper warranty with $100 deductible for 3 grand...Peace of mind especially thinking how complicated cars are nowadays and how expensive it is to fix them ! Maybe the forum should let you buy all the cars since yours are and have been all perfect...LOL

Is this due to improvements in efficiencies or acceptability of inferiority, grass is greener on other side simply because of newer manure?

The comparisons get complicated because of availability and real-world pricing. For example, there are a dozen Mustang GTs at my local dealership, all $5k off MSRP. I could have a fully-loaded (401A 400A) GT with Active Valve Exhaust starting at $45k. There are two BMW m240i in stock locally, the cheapest one is $58k.
