2024 brand new Mustang GT wont start

My new 2024 Mustang GT has about 400 miles and wont start. Did not have anything on overnight...the only thing new I did was turn on 911 and start to use the wireless iphone charging pad. Quick charged it and took for a nice half hour drive then turned it off for a while. Came back and it was dead. Not holding a charge or alternator or something else drawing power. Any ideas? Thanks

Battery charger needs to be put on your battery and plug it and leave it for two days and it’ll be fine afterwards !

Yes after charging it it is completely dead. Are u w Ford motor co??
