Whine or whistle after supercharger install

I've noticed that after installing the whipple supercharger and the open airbox, that I get a whistling noice rather than a whine. I was just wondering has anyone else gotten a whistle rather than a whine. I've heard a whine in some videos on the web. But not a whistle. So I was just wondering was it normal.

I'll try to pick up the sound later today. If the camera picks it up. But it sounds how a procharger might sound under load. Just not as loud .

I can hear a slight whistle at low throttle, like barely cracking the throttle. After that I get a little whine, but very little around 5,000 rpm+. I hear mostly exhaust even on quiet.

Does it sound like it does in this video? Specifically, starting at 9:52. Turn up the volume and listen to the rev. You can hear both the whine and a whistling type sound.

Yeah kind. At low RPM it is a whine at times. But whistles when I'm not slowly easing on it or in cruise control.
