Good morning, I have a 2024 GT with the Performance Package/Nite Pony Package wheels. As you are all aware they are not black, not glossy but a dark charcoal, matte finish. I have recently received two nasty stone chips. Looking for suggestions on how to repair these chips and what product to repair with.
The chips are very noticeable and I am sure a repair will be noticeable as well, but at least the repair will be the same color, I hope.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

I am looking for the same thing, did you ever end up finding a good solution?

Most wheel repair shops will repaint the entire wheel. The color is really hard to match. Especially in a matte finish.

I think it’s ridiculous that they don’t make wheel touch-up paint, or have a specific paint code for the wheels. I looked and can’t find anything specifically for touching up wheels, unless you count those cheap chinese paint markers sold on eBay.

What I would do for your wheels is get some flat black touch up paint, or even go to a hobby store and get those little jars of Testors Model Enamel. Get Flat Black, Flat White for starters. Mix the tiniest bit of white into the black to get it closer to gray that matches your wheel. apply with a fine brush and then clean the brush with enamel paint thinner.

I used Testors Aluminum enamel to touch up some small chips on my wheels and it worked fairly well.

Yeah it’s crazy! I have just a few chips from rocks and I really don’t think painting the whole wheel is a good solution. even if I can’t match the color perfectly it will stand out way less than a couple bright shiny spots of silver in a sea of black
