Right. So no recalls for me and there's one for the manual transmissions. There's one recall and this is just another dumb drama thread made by a drama queen.
I can understand a thread complaining about the issues being reported by owners.

But don't start a thread about "all the recalls" when there has been a grand total of ONE.

The only complaints I see are from the peanut gallery, very few from owners.
This, too. Half of those threads are from the same half dozen whiners, most who don't even own one.

Hence, my "Lather. Rinse. Repeat." responses.

but for the cost of it should there be any immediate issues
Detroit has always had a loose if any grasp on doing things right. Just look at the pathetic standards they hold their employees to, never mind their suppliers.

When something as simple as wiper blades is refused delivery by the euro brands from a supplier but Ford et al will gladly accept them instead, you have a problem.

Actually, the S650 is on the Consumer Reports recommended list.

They have it rated below the Corvette(81), but above the Camaro(68) and way above the Challenger(56).

I would like to own this model someday I'm just surprised with all the issues people are having with it that's why I started this thread.

I think you’ll find that the vast majority of issues actual owners have had are minor. I’ve heard a few exceptions, but very few. Most of the gripes and complaints are from the same posters in nearly every thread bringing up the same complaints over and over. Oh, and the ones regurgitating the same junk on every thread don’t even own an S650.

The mustang has always been a piece of trash. But American consumers are just fine with that.

What's telling is that the Asians, esp the Koreans are able to match German and Japanese precision for far less money.

Ford could do it too. Nothing the Asians do is new, bespoke, or unobtainable, Detroit just doesn't care about quality, full stop.

Well I'm also not a owner yet but just what I've been seeing on here about it is concerning.
