Last week I changed the original floormats with rubber mats (from Ford). They look better and are easier to clean/vacuum.

I didn't find a thread on 7G for this, enjoyed reading it on mustang6g. So, starting one now. If there is already one thread like this I can delete this.

As title suggests, this thread will be for 2024+ Mustang owners to post pics what they worked on today, show off what they have done to their car recently, etc. Share and it might inspire some ideas for others to do on their Mustangs too.

I installed the Ford Performance front shock tower brace today.
I have done this before to my other none Handling Package Mustangs and it does make a difference.
I believe if one does not have this front upper shock brace installed this would be a great first modification to your car. The install is very simple

Great job. I noticed a big difference after the braces and stop the hop kit were installed in my Dark Horse.

-battery tender installed
-deleted dealer tag frame
- Billetworkz shift knob (looks + feels great)
-rock guards after seeing the mess from a wet road
- looking good after first wash!

love the bronze. where'd you pick up those rock guards? my driveway is a hot sloppy mess. maybe i can get a couple more winter driving days in with those to keep the mud splash down.

From Jaeger Brothers. I went with these because they are easy on and off until I get PPF in a couple weeks. Figure they will be great for wet drives or longer highway drives. I don’t love the look of the rears. But they can be removed when you want to look more OEM.

Changed the oil & filter (5W-50 Motorcraft full synthetic). My 2024 is a 3-season weekend warrior. It does get driven hard when it comes out to play. Seeing as it is supercharged and driven hard I will be changing the oil frequently. 1500 miles tops between oil & filter changes. Bought new in 2024 and currently has 2,207 miles on the odometer.

First change was at 740 mi. when I installed the Ford Performance/Whipple S.C.
Second oil change today at 2,207 mi..

Looks good. I have a towel draped over my fender where the wire lays over it just incase it scratches the paint.
