Generally:

1a. Scheduled for production
1b. VIN

VIN is cut the day the build is scheduled for production. Scheduling commits to the build.

2a. Production
2b. Window Sticker

My experience, shortly after production began, I got my/had access to the Window Sticker

For me:

VIN > Scheduled for Production > Production > Window Sticker

for my M1 it was VIN -> Scheduled for Production -> Window Sticker -> Production
so far, the DH has followed the same course

The Vin, the window sticker or the production?

VIN/ Schedule for production, window sticker, production. Window sticker is available digitally before its built and printed at the factory to be placed on the vehicle during production. At least from what I've been told and seen at one of the plants during a custom hands-on tour of one of the plants.
