Unfortunately I ordered about 1 week ago, and dealer doesnt seem to know anything about when things will move... I'm in the dark

Yes - on the Ford website > top right corner click the person icon > check order status > fill out order code and VIN > resulting page will give status and link to window sticker. My link still says window sticker has not bee generated yet

I noticed a big difference in the price of the Canadian car and building one the same spec on the US ford site and doing the money exchange rate

So even though you ordered since the start they still added the gas guzzler tax. I guess it really is up to the dealers to honor it or not.

The dearlers have no say in the EPA tax. That is a federal law and federal tax and it is mandatory in all 50 states. That tax well get applied no matter what. Even if it does not show on the window sticker, it would have been added at the time the car is brought and when the total state taxes are calculated unfortunately.
