What’s rebill mean in top left? What does blend mean?

I have no idea what "rebill" means. Blend is the day the car is scheduled to be built.

Yes, the last four digits of the example labeled blend date. 0225=February 25th.

So my blend date is 26 September 2024
My invoice date is 17 September 2024

What do they mean with invoice date?

The car goes IN PRODUCTION about a week before the BLEND date. This is the date things start happening at the plant. This is also when the car is INVOICED.
The window sticker is generated when production begins and is available a few days after IN PRODUCTION starts.
The chassis and body are built separately. They come together on the BLEND or BUILD date. That’s when it actually becomes a car, things are powered up, and the BCE module data for the body is populated/activated. The car rolls off the assembly in 24-48 hours after this.
