My dealer just called Ford, they said it’s not necessary, at least for those with the Brittany Blue model, to have their dealer call bc they’re automatically being sent out.For everyone wanting their RED CENTER CAPS:
Have your selling dealership contact Ford Performance @ 800‑367‑3788 option 1
They will be given an email address to provide the VIN of your car and then they will be sent out!
Once again conflicting reports, when I called them they said to have the dealer contact them with the VIN and yes I have a Brittany Blue Chassis number 89My dealer just called Ford, they said it’s not necessary, at least for those with the Brittany Blue model, to have their dealer call bc they’re automatically being sent out.
That may be true for the other colors/ models but my dealer asked about Brittany Blue specifically (sorry).
The rep at Ford Performance told my dealer that if we don’t receive them in 2 weeks, to call back and he’ll call the vendor directly.
They’re using customer service reps, so I’m not surprised.
