Unofficial 2025 60th Anniversary Edition Mustang Registry

New to the site here. As a longtime 'Chevy guy' ready to make the leap, I'm considering picking up a Vapor Blue 60th Anniversary Edition. I missed my chance to order one in Brittany Blue—curious what folks think of VB. Also, any idea how many have been produced so far?

I believe that all 1965 have now been built.. can't remember if I saw it earlier in this post or another one.
I have the Vapor Blue... it's an awesometastic color ... just waiting on my Red Center Caps to arrive now.
The V8 is very strong and I have the 6 speed manual ... it's 480hp of pure fun .. and only 20hp off the Dark Horse.

I picked up a fully loaded Camry in Supersonic Red—great daily driver, beautiful car—but it just doesn’t fill that hole in my heart. I haven’t seen the Mustang I’m considering in Vapor Blue yet, but I have a feeling it could bring some fresh joy to this chapter of life. The trade-in hit will be significant, and I keep wondering if the Mustang is really worth twice the value. Honestly, I’m probably overthinking this to death.

That last part..... the value for what you're paying for ... IMO, depends on how much you enjoy driving in general ... I love it and my 2025 was my first Mustang .... and of course, paid way too much for what the sticker price showed....
Having said that ... I have chassis #0002, and a manual transmission car that 99% of my friends and family can not drive ... and I love driving it everywhere I can ... until the snow starts to fly next month!

The car I'm looking at has a reasonable number of upgrades like the Brembo brakes, 3.55, B&O, Car cover and more -- I don't know if $58,500 is over priced or not?

$58.5K is a fair price. Dealer sales are way down so they need to sell these. Mine stickered at $60.5 and I paid $57.4 tax, tag and title.

Coming off the dime today - making a decision. The car I'm looking at is several hundred miles away and I have not seen or driven the car. Nor have I driven any Mustang and have not seen the Vapor Blue. With stock dwindling, I sense that the car will be exciting and will be a head-turner. Having not seen one in person, do you guys like/love the wheels? In the pics they look retro and nice, but not sure if the 20" rim is good or bad esthetically. With the red caps, what do you guys think? I know it's personal opinion, but curious? Are you folks happy are feeling buyer remorse? And lastly, I saw a post that suggests that 6% are VB, will that likely be a good number?

Apparently, Ford doesn't release production figures for 2 years after.
I just ran a nationwide search of Ford's new car inventory and there are 57 Anniversary Editions on dealer lots now. 12 Blue, 3 Red and NO CONVERTIBLES. The Red drop tops are going to be rare.

Apparently, Ford's dealer inventory is incomplete as I did a search on Cars.com and found 30+ convertibles, 5 red.

Here's another twist to the story...Shelby is building 36 GT350R's out of White 60th anniversary cars. That makes 1929 available to the public minus 0001 which Ford will probably keep. It's chassis 2025 in our registry. Interesting.

I have a Wimbledon White Coupe Chassis #0117 with auto trans, brembo, active exhaust, 401A, Co Pilot 360+, 12 speaker B&O and Black Oynx interior.

#1023. Wimbledon White convertible with Carmine Red interior, 401A package, 6-speed manual, B&O sound, Active Valve exhaust, Brembo brakes, and a vehicle cover. It also came with the Roadside Assistance kit and First Aid kit (the window sticker says custom order, but who actually orders those....? ).
