What modifications? More than just a tune and C85? Did you change the tune to get 537 hp or did you change just the fuel?

FYI, it is recommended not to run the dyno in 7th gear, as the Ford transmission is lacking some strength in that gear.

First dyno was not accurate, because it was 6th gear and stock wheels and they were spinning on dyno as there was awful smell of burned wheels

so totally we made
1. 405 whp full stock
2. 537.5 whp maximum that we done

A) Steeda CAI
B) LTH
C) cats delete
D) resonator delete
E) H-pipe
F) Shoemaker tune e85 aggressive
G) rotating mass - carbon driveshaft, forged rears r18
H) c85

that’s all

7th gear result was great, never seen such on Dark Horses

Never seen a 132hp gain from FBo.....
Yeah, me either! None of the weight savings or driveshaft will give you any dyno gains. Track gains, absolutely.
FBO w/E85 and maybe 30degrees colder air temp may give you 75hp max imo.

32 degrees c85 (not e85)

regarding whp, You make mistake - light wheels and driveshaft will give less loss of power from crank = will give more whp

I don’t see here any fairytale - I saw guys from USA made 500 on 6th gear with same setup as me but without rotating mass reduction and not on c85 (but on e85) and not on 7th gear, where You have 1:1 ration (but in 6th gear or even 5th)

so from 500whp +1 gear (7th) will gain 15-18 whp
Light crankshaft and wheels maybe 5-10
C85 +10-15 from e85

so all correct as far as I see

Wheels and driveshaft might be worth 10hp on the dyno....

Anyways.

I disagree, they lower rotational inertia allowing quicker acceleration up to speed, but at steady state running they cannot add power.

yes, sounds like truth 🤝

Light crankshaft and wheels gives nothing
C85 +10-15 from e85

total = 525-533 whp (we have 537)

They free up HP which makes them show more power on the dyno and go faster down the track

How? They can't lower friction, they don't create torque, how can they add power at steady state running?
As I said, they allow quicker acceleration (less inertia) that feels like more power. Run an engine on an engine dyno at 6000 rpm with and without a flywheel, see what happens.

I agree too with @robvas

if rotating mass doesn’t mean anything, that way we have to do on 500 crank HP car 500 whp on dyno….

But we see only 405… it means crank has to rotate transmission, driveshaft, gears, axles, brake wheels, wheels, tyers …
