Trying to choose a license plate.

As far as plate COLOR goes, that kinda depends on the color of your car. But it seems to me that plate A leaves the least amount of space for personalization. I don't know about Texas, but here in Ohio, I'm pretty sure it's a law that you have to have a personalized plate on a Mustang.

My Mustangs are sporting:

HRSPLAY (on my 2025 GT)
and
IN D SADL (on my 2014 GT)

Those might still be available in other states if you like 'em. If you'd like some other suggestions, these were all still available in Ohio as of a few months ago when I was searching for possibilities:

All three will take up to seven letters or numbers. A is nice, but looks cluttered with 7 letters or numbers. Others are five of six letters or numbers. 500 plates are available including embossed, which are the old style pressed. Those look Best. Some are about $35 a year, others are $100 a year.

In the Republic of Texas we don't put pictures of guns on license plates. We put them in a holster on our sides. Called open carry. Can you pack guns in Australia, in public to boot? We can, and I do. You need a photo of my gun?

I'm in NZ, and no, neither we or Aussies have open carry of any firearm. You have to belong to a pistol club to own a handgun. Military style semi auto rifles are effectively banned, and all semi autos have a ten round capacity limit.
Mostly thanks to our beloved ex-Prime Minister Jacinda Adern who wanted to prevent foreigners coming here, fooling our cops to get a gun licence and proceeded to shoot up two Mosques.
Call me stupid, but banning non citizens from having weapons would have achieved a better result without infringing on our traditional ability to have guns.

PS. I have seen a lot of guns, owned quite a few, and even played with a 1911A1 and a Browning Hi Power. (In Thailand)

I've owned two 1911A1s and an old WW1 1911. And three Hi powers. Loved the Hi powers. They fit the hand nice and not hard to conceal. But my favorite was my old S&W M-58.

I'd love to be able to own and shoot handguns. But we have a lot of people here who are dangerous enough with rifles. Our gangs have quite a few handguns and other illegal stuff.

But, we have had full autos used in a couple of murders, which is very unusual.
A crim v crim back in the 60's where a Reising was used. Another one where a mental case hacked up a couple of girls with a samurai sword and mag dumped some poor bugger with a full auto . 22

They captured our Chief Geronimo, pictured above with male family members, but many of us escaped. Strange this was many of our chiefs and braves served as scouts in the 7th Army, and fought other Apaches. A famous Apache died on Carrizo Canyon when he crashed his Ford Model T. His name was CHAT. They made a movie about him starring Charles Bronson. Many descendants of our Chiefs walk the same land as their they did this very day on our reservation, which is a beautiful country surrounded by four mountains which we walked around as seasons changed when we were nomadic. Can you imagine that, a man who tamed wild Mustang crashed and died in a Ford Model T on Carrizo Canyon Rd. You ever come to America you must visit our Reservation. Our Inn and Casino is world class.

I just pay for the vehicle I took it off.​

In Colorado the Employees wear Ski Masks when they take your money to purchase Licenses Plates.
EV Vehicles License Plates are the most expensive in Colorado compared to other License Plates.​
