Tracking Process

I attached my order tracking below. The last update was on 3/7/24 saying my mustang was in production. It seems other’s tracking updates to built and shipped relatively soon after production. Anyone have any input? I’m getting excited, but this last bit of the process is killing me.

Call the dealer and ask if it's there. I called mine and TOLD her it was there ... and it had just arrived. LOL.

Well ironically I got this email a few minutes ago. Has anyone received this message or know what it could mean?

I received same email exactly week after mine said it went in to production. Looks like if yours goes into production and isn’t finished within a week. They send email letting you know there’s an issue with the car delaying it from being completed.

A bit off this subject, but my tracking link doesn't work with my Chrome browser. It does work with Edge.

Get your dealer to look up the VinView status. If it is built, they can tell you very accurately where it is, and it's current status and ETA.

Ford chat on there website can give you the same Information. Which is pretty much useless. They probably will tell you it’s built sitting at ramp 51. And will give you no info on why it’s just sitting there and won’t ship. More than likely the cars just sitting at the lot didn’t pass qc or waiting on something. Could be weeks before someone goes to the lot and fixes it.

Also if they give you an eta usually not accurate and can change.

That's the link I'm using. However, it just sits there on Chrome. Works fine on Edge.
I'm trying to figure out why.
