I was able do it on my 2024 mustang GT. The directions from Ford has some wrong info.
Make sure:
*Set parking brake
*Transmission is in park
*Ignition is off
*Close all doors
*All seat belts are unfastened

1. Start engine.
2. Wait for the AIRBAG light to go off (NOT the seatbelt light) Wait 5 seconds.
3. Fasten then unfasten the seatbelt 4 times, ending with the seatbelt unfastened. This should be done at a moderate speed and done within 30 seconds
4. The seatbelt light should flash to confirm it worked.

I think the key is that it is the Airbag light that will turn off at the beginning of the process. I also had to watch for the airbag light to go off when I did this on my 2023 Ford F350 Super Duty.
Hope this helps!
Has anybody else been able to replicate this?

I've posted on here before about this; my '17 Raptor was the same way. I attempted every online procedure I could find, even took it to the dealer. They balked at first but I showed them the manual where it could be turned off. They reluctantly agreed to chase it down. (remember when we got printed manuals :-) )

The tech could not get it to work. He called the engineering line, they gave him another procedure. That didn't work. They got another more senior tech, he couldn't get the alert turned off. I ended up suppressing the chime with FORSCAN on the Raptor. I've seen stories from several other '17 and '18 Raptor owners who were successful at using the manual procedure to turn that chime off, but Lucille would have none of that.

Yes, u remove it when u insert your seat belt. It’s a solution for heavy packages or a pet in the passenger seat triggering the seat belt alarm. It doesn’t solve the problem of having to continually scroll off the dash seat belt reminder too view other data. I thought the beeping was the concern.
No it's the display popup and I think the chime, but I see what you mean about the triggering from empty seats.

Bummer. That's strange. It worked for my 2024 GT Mustang. It only stops the chime. The display onscreen still shows when the seatbelts are used or not. It sequence toggles on and off each time you try it. Make sure you are looking for the AIRBAG symbol to turn off in your sequence. (The seatbelt light doesn't seem to ever go off unless the belt is buckled.) Each front seat has to be done separately. Didn't try the back seats because no one can fit back there.

Sorry about the duplicates...
Just go back to your post. There are three buttons down at the bottom, toward the left, a bell symbol with Report, a pencil with Edit, and a trash can with Delete. Hit Edit and get rid of any duplication and then hit Save.

Done. :like:
