  2. Anyone else still doing a strict 1,000-mile break-in period? Or am I in the minority?

    I got on it a few times prior to the 1k mark, but nothing too serious. Mostly grocery get'n type driving and didn't use the the cruise control much. Oil change at a 1k miles and it looked brand new. Replaced the factory drain plug with a magnetic plug and that's a wrap.

    It happens bud. We’ve all goofed something up at one time or another. Thankfully it’s something repairable on the car and not an injury.

    Very possible anyone over 50 could end up at Urgent Care after attempting a back seat escape. *I'm 55 so no shade thrown ecc 😁

    Back seat is usually folded down so I can hear that engineering marvel and masterfully crafted B&O subwoofer 🙄 Zero back seat passengers.

    I have the Automotive Authority Spare/Jack as well. The scissor jack and folding lug wrench is the same design as the OEM. I turned the spare over (outside of rim facing the bottom of the trunk) and everything fits inside of the rim (jumper cables & tire inflator sealant kit too). It's not 100%...

    Same here, although coupe. Much quieter in the cabin. I had no plans to upgrade the exhaust b/c I thought the car was loud enough. Rethinking that now :crackup:

    Just did the change in Forscan. It really is pretty simple. If you haven’t used Forscan before, follow these first time instructions then follow the video I previously posted (post # 20).

    I've got red and would prefer blue...too bad you don't live closer. Red feels out of place on my ride. Leaning towards powder coating them a shiny silver or maybe a light grey.
