I wonder if OEM and stock superchargers have as much overheating issues as aftermarket superchargers?

I think less but they still have issues.

But I would love to see Ford come out with a centri blown Mustang from the factory. I think it would be unique, cool, and something to spice things up from the usual. Would be awesome if they could keep it cool run after run on the track

The TVS 2650 was an upgrade Magnuson and others offered. The factory blower was the 1740.

Maybe I'm misremembering, but I used to read that even GT350R's had some overheating issues on track when they first came out.

They aren't impervious to overheating but way more work goes into the design of those cooling systems and testing of those vehicles than any aftermarket kit
