Still looking for my 7 April 2023 Mustang Dark Horse

I am sure I am not the only one in the same the only not received the Dark Horse after 9 months on order. Crickets from Ford. No change from local dealer.

I found a Shadow Black Dark Horse yesterday at Tipton Ford in Nacogdoches, TX 936-564-7337 that has Appearance Pkg, Handling Pkg, 10-speed automatic, and Recaro Seats. We did not want the Recaro seats...

How do we find anything from FORD about my Dark Horse order, it's getting ridicules...does anyone have any clue to help me out?

I'm assuming you have the order confirmation from Ford. You should be able to use Ford online Chat to get status. All you need is your Order number and Sales Code.

2024 Mustang Dark Horse on 7 April 2023 and received "Your order has been Confirmed" same day from Ford. I have used Chat weekly to obtain an update, one of the statuses provided was from Brittany @ 9:44 on 6 Sep stating "I show your 2024 Mustang is in Order Processing in Secondary status Unscheduled Clean. The order has been entered into the Ford Ordering System. I am not seeing any on your vehicle or any explanation at the moment.

Hey @Sinningdf, sorry to hear about your order, many of us have been in the same place! We do have another thread going about the (14) Dark Horse Handling Package April 2024 Purgatory | Page 5 | Mustang7G - 2024+ S650 Mustang Forum (Hybrid, GT, EcoBoost, GT350, GT500, Bullitt, Mach 1) . In Short don't look for anything with a Handling package to be scheduled until things "thaw out" in Flat Rock. My suggestion is to do what many of us have done if you are getting a little impatient, hit the websites like Cars.com, Cargurus, Autotrader (which is where I found my car with my exact same build) to find your car.

Was in the same boat as you. Ordered my DH 04/18/23. You know all the things had to change just to keep order, the final straw was the AP. Which meant no Blue Ember Metallic. So I called 1-800-392-3673 Ford customer relations. Complained, explained my family has taught Ford's since 1959. She located 2 exact DH within 2 hours from my home. I have my DH in my garage 2days later. I purchased 12/27/23 sticker price no mark up. Paid cash for it. Try your luck. Hope it works for you.

I ordered 4/7/23, DH w/Blue Ember, AP and Recaros. confirmed w/Ford cust service that my priority is 05. My dealer did not get an allocation until last month, and Ford has not scheduled anything since. Hoping to get it scheduled when they resume scheduling for March build... if i don't hear in the next two weeks, i'll buy off the lot.

Dont give up hope. I ordered mine, 700A, AP, auto on April 3rd. Got a schedule for 1/22 on 12/8. Update on 1/12 shows in production. Hopefully yours hits the plant soon.
