I had the 2 upper speakers and 2 lower ones in each door replaced.
The 2 upper ones were 3.5" 12.5W 8-ohm. The 2 lower were 6.5" 25W 4-ohm.
3.5's replaced with Infinity Reference REF-3032cfx 3-ohm speakers.
6.5's replaced with AudioControl PNW-65 3-ohm speakers.
Drove 30 minutes home in 91 degree weather with radio around 17-20 and sounded cleaner and louder on stock amps. I shouldn't have put this upgrade off for a year.
Already got the 4'th Order with 2 10" B2 subs and 1.5K SALT Sundown Amp with AudioControl L2Ci Pro. The stock alternator handles it just fine.
