Today I had a guy come over and checkout the car at the gas station, and he actually noticed that there was a body panel loose behind the drivers door and down low where those two body panels meet. It's close to the back end corner of the black guard that runs alongside the door.
Tried to breifly push it in to see if its something simple, but wouldnt stay.

Not that loose...maybe 1/4 inch open, but called up dealer and getting that fixed with first oil change.
I guess it is a good idea to walkaround the car every now and then if its brand now to catch things like this.

I've noticed the rear rocker panel strip (if that's what you're referring to) tends to be loose back there towards the rear of the car, I think it's normal. They are often poorly-fitted too, and set "into" the body surface more than they should be (varies from car to car and side to side). QC on these Mustangs leaves a lot to be desired, and 2025s are already much better than 2024s

When I brought my 2025 home I noticed, also on the driver's side, the hood and fender are at different heights. The passenger side is properly lined up. Got to get it to the dealer if they ever call back.
