Anybody knows? Is it possible to know if it's a 2024.5 reading the VIN code?

I don't know that any model has been cited as a 24.5 model to my knowledge.

There is no 2024.5. He's probably not understanding Job 1 vs Job 2 vehicles.

12/4/2023 build date started Job 2. No, you don't see/read it in/on the vehicle, other than the doortag build month/year after 12/2023.

Strange, because in Europe models it seems to be written on paper 2024.5MY (at least in some of them)

I assume you have vehicle titles in European countries. Does every Job 2 vehicle of any kind list the model year as a .5 ?

i've never come across .5's in europe or any other vehicle before. They're just MY24 ... are present which is encoded as "R' in the middle of the vin.

Wasn't the very first mustang a MY 64.5 ?
That was just a nickname. Titles correctly listed them as 1965 MY. They were early production 1965 Mustangs.

Edit as to not repost ... we have a form of a title called a vehicle registration certificate, but it does not contain the manufacturing year on it, just vehicle specs, serial numbers, emissions details etc
Ford MY's in Europe all run 2024.25, 2024.5, 2024.75, you always used to see it on the price lists but less so recently where they just use a date instead.

All the 1964 Mustangs were MY65, but are known as 64 1/2 cars unofficially but Ford never used the term. The Vehicle Warranty Number (predecessor to the VIN) is found on the drivers door and includes a date of production code.

I've tried searching the web but couldn't find the info I need.
I have a 2024 GT built Apr 2023 (VIN ...400443) but can't find an exact date. Can anyone point me to the correct place to find the date?

well the Job 1 cars, which were the initial production run of the S650's didn't have the auto start/stop

I know mine is a Job 1 car with a certificate of origin dated 11/20/23
