I tell ya, between installing the rear louvers, side louvers, front splitter, rear spoiler, and trunk blackout panel with nothing but 3M tape and silicone, knowing you basically have one shot to get it right, my nerves were shot by the time I finished them all. It was friggin nerve wracking!It's the black sealer silicon. It's messy, but not hard. Just know you get one shot at proper orientation on the decklid. Triple check it and use a grease marker to make lines. The spoiler mating surface curves and it's really easy to slide the spoiler up too high on the decklid without realizing it. You have to look at the contour from the sides. The first time I screwed it up.
To anyone putting the Air Design Spoiler on, the best thing is to pull out 2” tabs of the 3M release tape so it sticks out from under the spoiler, position the spoiler, tape it down in several spots with masking tape, and once in place, pull those 3M tape release tabs out from under it and lock it in.
